The first evacuation flight with Ukrainians on board has departed from Tel Aviv to Bucharest, states the spokesperson of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Oleh Nikolenko.

According to him, there are 207 Ukrainian citizens on board, including 63 children.

"The next flight is planned for tomorrow, October 15th, to Cluj (Romania). We plan to evacuate 155 Ukrainians," Nikolenko announced.

Ukrainians in Israel

After the HAMAS terrorist attack on Israel on October 7, the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that Ukrainian citizens were among the dead and injured.

Ukraine is working on evacuating its citizens. Specifically, 200 tickets have been distributed for the first evacuation flight, and preparations for a second flight are already underway.

Additionally, Ukrainian diplomats successfully evacuated a minor boy from the city of Sderot. He was injured during the HAMAS attack.

Yesterday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that at least 11 Ukrainian citizens died due to the HAMAS attack on Israel.
