Fall favorite: Recipe for delicious pumpkin cream soup

Pumpkin is a true seasonal superfood. Here is a recipe for a delicate cream soup that combines health benefits and flavor in every spoonful, shared by Ukrainian food blogger Kateryna Protsyshyna.
Pumpkin cream soup: Easy recipe
Ingredients:
- pumpkin – 750 g
- carrots – 3 pcs
- onions – 2 pcs
- garlic – 1 head
- cream – 200 ml
- olive oil
- Provence herbs
- salt and pepper – to taste
- cherry tomatoes – 150 g
- broth (2 vegetable bouillon cubes for 600 ml water)
Instructions:
Peel the vegetables and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with oil, add spices, and bake for 20 minutes at 250°C.

Blend everything, then add the broth. Blend it again, and pour in the cream. Mix thoroughly and serve, topping with seeds or croutons.
