Perfect pizza at home: Recipe you can't mess up

For the dough, you will need:
- Cold water – 600 ml
- Flour – 1 kg
- Fresh yeast – 35 g
- Oil – 75 ml
- Salt – 18 g
Use toppings to your taste.
Instructions:
First, dissolve the yeast in 60 ml of warm water. Sift the flour twice, then add the oil, yeast, and water. Mix with a spatula and then knead by hand. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
Knead until the dough is soft and elastic. Grease a bowl with oil and place the dough inside. Cover and leave in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Remove the dough and add the salt. It is important to add salt only after the dough has risen.
Knead it well again and divide into 5 or 6 portions. Cover and leave it for another 35 minutes.

Then shape the pizza directly on parchment paper on a baking tray. Add your favorite toppings and bake for 10-15 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
