"The morning starts with an explosion in the city. More incoming attacks are possible, so I urge everyone to be cautious," Terekhov wrote.
The head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported strikes on the city.
"Occupiers are launching attacks on Kharkiv and the region. Take cover," Syniehubov said.

"At the moment there are no casualties. The information is being updated," wrote Syniehubov.
In the Kharkiv region, the Russian occupants hit a private house. People are under the rubble.
