Explosions in Lviv region, air defense activity reported

Explosions were heard in Yavoriv district of Lviv region tonight, December 29. The air defense forces were working, according to Maksym Kozytskyy, head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
"Air defense was operating in Yavoriv district. More information later," the statement said.
Earlier, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported the movement of attack drones in the direction of Lviv region and, in particular, Shaheds in the direction of Lviv.
Currently, an air alert has been declared in several regions of Ukraine. People are urged to take shelter.
Explosions in Lviv
Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi said that an explosion was heard in the city. He said that two more air targets were approaching the city.
The Lviv Regional Military Administration said that air defense was operating in the regional center.
Russian shelling of Ukraine
Tonight, on December 29, Russian occupation forces attacked Odesa with attack drones. As a result of the fall of the wreckage of a downed drone, a fire broke out in a high-rise building.
Also, on the night of December 28, the Russian army launched a small number of kamikaze drones in Ukraine compared to previous days. The enemy used 8 drones, of which Ukrainian air defenders managed to shoot down 7.
