Explosion rocks occupied Sevastopol: Russian naval officer reportedly killed

On August 13, one of the Russian war criminals was eliminated in temporarily occupied Sevastopol. Local Telegram channels claim that the person was Robert Shageev, a Ukrainian traitor, according to Crimean Wind.
According to eyewitnesses, an explosion occurred on Stoletovsky Avenue. It was so loud and powerful that locals thought a strike drone had crashed into one of the buildings.
Information is spreading online that the explosives were hidden in a trash bin.
At the moment of the explosion, the man who was targeted in the assassination attempt was walking up the stairs with a companion. He died at the scene from his injuries.
Eyewitnesses say they saw a suspicious woman with a backpack who was between buildings No. 28 and No. 30 and was watching the Russian serviceman.
Later, the Telegram channel Crimean Wind published information that the deceased may have been the former commander of the Ukrainian submarine Zaporizhzhia, Captain First Rank Robert Shageev.
Importantly, back in 2014, he betrayed his oath and defected to the Russian side. However, there is currently no official confirmation of this version.
It is currently known that before his death, Shageev was the commander of the crew of a large submarine in the 4th Submarine Brigade of the Novorossiysk Naval Base of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
"There are reasonable grounds to believe that the person (Shageev — ed.) was involved in the direct execution of criminal orders to conduct combat operations at sea and carry out missile strikes (including with sea-launched cruise missiles) from a submarine against densely populated cities, energy facilities, and civilian infrastructure that are not military targets," the Book of Executioners project writes about the eliminated criminal.
Russia's Federal Security Service officially confirmed that a serviceman of the Russian Ministry of Defense was killed in the explosion in Sevastopol.
The Federal Security Service also added that it had already detained a woman suspected of carrying out the bombing. The Russians are leaning toward the version that she acted on Ukraine's instructions.
At the same time, the Telegram channel VChK-OGPU reports that the naval officer who was killed was indeed Robert Shageev.
