European Council President invites Zelenskyy to present victory plan at EU summit

President of the European Council Charles Michel has invited President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy to the EU Council summit. It will be held on October 17, according to Michel's X.
The head of the European Council reported that Zelenskyy will present Ukraine's victory plan in the war with Russia at the summit.
"I have invited President Zelenskyy to the European Council summit on Thursday, 17 October to take stock of the latest developments of Russia’s war against Ukraine and present his victory plan," he informed.
Zelenskyy's victory plan
According to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Ukraine has developed a victory plan to force Russia to negotiate to end the war.
So far, the full content of the victory plan is unknown. Only a few European leaders have seen it, and the first was US President Joe Biden.
However, Zelenskyy is expected to present this initiative during his speech to the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian Parliament - ed.) on Wednesday, October 16.
