Drones strike major Wildberries logistics hub in Russia again, sparking massive fire

Drones once again struck the Wildberries logistics hub in Kotovsk, Russia's Tambov region, sparking a fire at the facility, according to OSINT channels.
According to eyewitnesses, they heard at least 10 explosions within 40 minutes. After that, a fire broke out in one of the city's districts.
Around midnight, monitoring channels reported a drone threat, while restrictions were imposed at Tambov Airport at the same time.
It is currently known that operations at the WB hub in Kotovsk were temporarily suspended following the attack. Emergency crews are battling the fire at the logistics center, which covers an area of about 108,000 square meters.

The Wildberries hub in Kotovsk is one of WB's key logistics facilities in Central Russia. It began operating in 2025 and, once fully operational, was expected to provide storage for up to 54 million items.

Following the Coalition of the Willing meeting, world leaders concluded that Ukraine's "long-range sanctions" against Wildberries could force Russia to the negotiating table.
