On the night of November 29, Russian terrorists launched drones, ballistic missiles, and cruise missiles at Kyiv. Casualties, damage, and power outages have been reported.

Shevchenkivskyi district
In Shevchenkivskyi district, a 14-story residential building was damaged. Apartments on the 4th and 5th floors caught fire. The fire has been extinguished.
Solomianskyi district
In Solomianskyi district, debris fell on a 25-story residential building, causing the exterior insulation to catch fire and partial damage to the facade from the 1st to 3rd floors.
Parked cars were also damaged. The fire has been extinguished.
At another address, debris hit a 17-story residential building, but no fire occurred.
There was also an impact on a garage near a residential building in a private sector, which caused a fire. Firefighting is ongoing.
Sviatoshynskyi district
Debris hit the entrance of a 3-story residential building, causing a fire on the 2nd floor. The body of a deceased person was recovered from under the rubble.
The fire has been extinguished, and debris clearing continues.
At another address, a 2-story private house was hit. The fire has been contained.
Dniprovskyi district
The attack hit a 10-story residential building, destroying the 6th and 7th floors.
The fire has been extinguished. Debris clearing continues.
Obolonskyi district
A private house caught fire due to enemy shelling. Firefighters are continuing to extinguish the fire.
Darnytskyi district
In Darnytskyi district, rocket debris fell into the yard of a nine-story building, causing a fire on the 5th to 7th floors. One person died and six others were injured. The fire has been extinguished.
At another address, debris hit cars parked near a shopping center in the city. The fire was extinguished.
Holosiivskyi district
In Holosiivskyi district, debris from an enemy drone caused garage fires. The fire has now been contained.
Power and water outages
Some districts of Kyiv are experiencing power outages due to the Russian attack. Currently, the western part of the capital is without electricity.
The city of Fastiv in Kyiv region is completely without power.
In residential buildings on Kyiv’s right bank, water pressure in the supply system is reduced.
Also, tram and trolleybus movement on the right bank is temporarily suspended due to a lack of contact network voltage.
As a result of the attack, over 500,000 consumers in Kyiv and more than 100,000 in Kyiv region were left without power by morning.
