On the night of July 10, another attack on a Russian oil refinery was reported. This time, the Ilsky oil refinery in the Krasnodar Krai was targeted, according to Exilenova+.
As of now, the official authorities of the Krasnodar Krai have not reported a drone strike and have not commented on the attack on the refinery in any way. However, residents are sharing footage of the fire at the facility.
The facility has been repeatedly targeted by drone attacks, which have caused fires on its grounds and forced operations to be suspended. The last time the Ilsky oil refinery was struck was just a month ago.

Ukraine’s attacks on Russian oil refineries
Major gasoline shortages in Russia began after large-scale strikes by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the occupiers’ oil refineries in the rear. Meanwhile, Ukrainian drones are attacking Russian energy infrastructure at an unprecedented pace, the Financial Times reports.
As of the end of June 2026 alone, Ukrainian drones had successfully struck 8 of the 10 largest refineries in Russia, significantly undermining Russia’s overall oil refining capacity.
