Drone hits residential building in Moscow region, fire breaks out
In the city of Ramensky, Moscow region, a drone struck a residential high-rise, igniting a fire at the impact site, according to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin and Russian media.
According to the head of the Russian capital, a total of nine drones attacking the city have been shot down so far.
Drones were intercepted in Lyubertsy, the Ramensky district, near Podolsk, and in Domodedovo.
Russian media have released initial footage from the site of the drone crash in Ramensky.
The second drone hit on a high-rise building
According to the Telegram channel Mash, a second drone struck another residential high-rise in the city of Ramensky, near Moscow.
The impact ignited a fire on the 12th floor of a building on Fabrichnaya Street.

Andrey Vorobyov, the governor of the Moscow region, reported that as a result of the nighttime drone attack, apartments on the 11th and 12th floors of a building on Sportivnaya Street in Ramensky are on fire. A 9-year-old child was killed.
According to Vorobyov, another drone struck a building on Vysokovoltnaya Street, damaging an apartment on the 9th floor. One person was injured in this incident.
Overall, during the night, air defense forces intercepted 14 drones across the municipal districts of Podolsk, Ramensky, Lyubertsy, Domodedovo, and Kolomna.
It should be noted that during the night, seven Russian regions have been under a large-scale attack by strike drones.
Explosions were reported in the Moscow suburbs, with significant blasts also heard in the Bryansk region.
