Drone attacked training ground in Rostov region - Defense Express
An unknown drone attacked a military training ground in the Rostov region in early November. The site was home to Russian conscripts, according to Defense Express.
Footage of the aftermath of a drone strike on a military training ground on the night of November 3 has been shared online. The training ground is located near the city of Novocherkask in the Rostov region, about 200 kilometers from the front line in Ukraine.
The site houses the 102nd Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 150th Motorized Rifle Division of the Russian Federation (formerly the 33rd Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade). Conscripts are stationed there.
Photos and videos show several tents completely burned. Analysts from Defense Express suggest that the training ground was attacked by a drone carrying an explosive payload with small pellets.
Online sources claim that the tents were empty at the time of the attack, and the casualties among the Russian forces are unknown.
Recall that explosions were heard this night in the Tula region of the Russian Federation. Russian sources reported a drone attack, claiming that air defense systems were in operation. Online reports suggested that the target was the Alexin Chemical Plant.
According to sources from RBC-Ukraine, drones from the Security Service of Ukraine and Special Operations Forces attacked the chemical plant in the city of Alexin, which produces ammunition, gunpowder, and materials for the Russian defense industry.
