On the afternoon of August 29, Russian forces struck a Nova Poshta branch (a private Ukrainian postal and courier company - ed.) in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, with a drone. One person was killed, and another was injured, according to the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin.

"The enemy targeted the Nova Poshta branch with a drone. A 49-year-old man was killed, and a 13-year-old girl was injured," Filashkin reported.

According to him, the full extent of the damage is still being assessed.

"Take care of yourselves and your loved ones! Evacuate to safer regions of Ukraine!" the head of the regional military administration emphasized.

Attacks on Kramatorsk

On August 23, the Russian army carried out a massive attack on Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region. Over 40 explosions were reported in the city within a single day.

On August 22, more than 30 explosions were recorded in the city over the course of an hour.

During the day, the aggressor struck the city’s private sector. About ten explosions injured three people.

On the night of August 21, Russia dropped a high-explosive aerial bomb on Kramatorsk, damaging residential and office buildings as well as agricultural equipment.
