Donetsk authorities say civilians remain in Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka

In the communities of the Donetsk region recognized as active combat zones, 13,800 residents remain, according to the Donetsk Regional State Administration on Facebook.
Specifically, according to Dmytro Petlin, a representative of the Department for Civil Protection, Mobilization, and Defense Work, nearly 4,000 residents still live in the city of Kostiantynivka. Over the past week, more than 300 people were evacuated from the community.
No one was evacuated from Pokrovsk and the Pokrovsk community over the past week. According to the latest data, 1,250 civilians remain in the city.
On the government-controlled territory of Donetsk, 12,642 children remain. In two settlements where families with children are currently being evacuated forcibly, 383 children reside.
In the city of Druzhkivka, 379 children remain, and in the settlement of Komyshuvakha in the Kramatorsk community, 4 children remain.
According to Yuliya Ryzhakova, head of the children’s service, 38 children were evacuated over the past week, including one from Komyshuvakha and the rest from Druzhkivka.
Overall, the Donetsk Regional State Administration notes that in recent days there has been a decrease in the number of people willing to leave the Donetsk region.
Evacuation from frontline areas
Earlier, mandatory evacuation of children together with their parents or legal guardians was approved for certain settlements in Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions.
It was also reported that over the past five months, 121,500 people have been evacuated from frontline territories in Ukraine, including about 14,000 children and nearly 4,000 people with limited mobility.
