Dietitian shares salad recipe for youthfulness and longevity
Dandelion is a highly valuable plant. It contains vitamins C, E, B2, B9, PP, K (phylloquinone) - improving vascular structure, reducing inflammation. Its leaves are also worth adding to salad for youthfulness.

How to make a salad
Take tomatoes, broccoli, bell pepper, mozzarella cheese, lemon juice, and dandelion. Dress the salad with vegetable oil and enjoy.
