Thus, as of April 28, an enemy attack in Kyiv claimed the lives of 13 people.

Massive attack on Ukraine on April 24

On April 24, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with drones and various types of missiles, including ballistic missiles. The Russian army launched 145 drones and 70 missiles at Ukraine.

Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, was hit the hardest. Russian forces used drones and missiles of different types for the strike. Damage was recorded in several districts, with the most severe destruction in the Sviatoshynskyi district, where a residential building was partially destroyed.

As of the morning of April 25, it was reported that 12 people had died as a result of the Russian attack on Kyiv, and 87 others were injured.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the Russian forces struck the capital with a North Korean missile.

"If the information that this missile was made in North Korea is confirmed, this will be further proof of the criminal nature of the alliance between Russia and Pyongyang. They kill people and torment lives together – that is the only meaning behind their cooperation. Russia continuously uses such weapons – missiles, artillery," Zelenskyy said.
