As a result of a night combined attack by the Russians on the city of Dnipro, the number of dead has risen to three, according to Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov.
"Very briefly. As I wrote during the night, until the rescue operation is completed, unfortunately, the number of victims will continue to rise. Three people have already died, and one more person has not yet been found," Filatov reported.
According to him, two entrances of the building will have to be dismantled.
Earlier, it was reported that after the night attack in Dnipro, two people could not be reached.
Attack on Ukraine
During the night of November 8, 2025, Russia carried out a large-scale combined attack against Ukraine, using missiles and strike drones targeting energy infrastructure facilities.
As a result of the strikes, emergency power outages occurred in several regions, along with disruptions to the operation of critical facilities.
In particular, the massive attack left Kremenchuk without electricity. Due to damage to the power system, Ukrzaliznytsia trains continued running with delays.
That night, Russia launched 503 aerial attack assets against Ukraine:

25 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles;

10 Iskander-K cruise missiles;

7 Kh-47M2 Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles;

3 Kalibr cruise missiles.
As of 10:00 a.m. local time, air defense forces had neutralized 415 aerial targets.
