Attack on Kyiv
Tonight, Kyiv again suffered a massive attack from the side of the Russian occupiers. In the Darnytskyi district, a missile hit a five-story residential building, damaging it so much that one of the entrances was destroyed completely.
According to preliminary data, the missile hit approximately at the level of the third–fourth floor, which led to significant destructions. RBC-Ukraine prepared a reportage from Kyiv after the attack.
Due to the attack, traffic was temporarily blocked on several key streets, and in various locations around the city, approximately 500 rescuers and 1,000 law enforcement officers are working.
Destructions and victims became the consequence of another massive strike on the civil infrastructure of the Ukrainian capital. The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, already reacted to the attack, calling for a decisive reaction from international partners, in particular China and Hungary, which have close ties with Russia.
Rescue services continue to work on clearing rubble and providing assistance to the injured. Authorities urge Kyiv residents to remain in shelters and to observe safety rules.
