Participants in these performances say their goal is to remind the civilized world of the barbaric actions of Moscow, which has been violating international law for decades, starting wars against its neighbors and around the world, committing war crimes, including against children.

During the events, participants also spoke the truth about Russia’s role in World War II, including its alliance with Nazi regimes. The demonstrations were named the Death Regiment as a direct counter to Putin’s Immortal Regiment campaign.

The events are expected to continue on May 9, when Moscow holds its annual Victory Day military parade.

Russia’s war crimes

Just a few days ago, it emerged that Russian soldiers likely executed Ukrainian defenders who had been taken prisoner.

This week, the Russian army also launched a missile strike on the outskirts of Sumy. As a result of the Russian attack, three people were killed, including a child. Four more children were injured.
