Russian forces attacked the outskirts of Kharkiv at around noon on July 19. The strike killed three people and injured more than 10 others, according to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

"The enemy attacked the outskirts of Kharkiv," Syniehubov said.

According to preliminary information, three people were killed in the strikes, while another 13 were injured.

All emergency services are working in an intensified mode.

The number of people injured in the attack on the outskirts of Kharkiv has risen to 16.

Nine injured people have been taken to hospitals, three of them in serious condition.

July 19 attack on Ukraine

As previously reported, Russia attacked Ukraine with 41 missiles and 125 attack drones during the night of July 19. Ukrainian air defenses managed to intercept most of the incoming targets, including nearly all ballistic missiles, but some strikes still hit their targets.

Kyiv was the main target of the attack. Damage to a residential building and fires were reported in several districts of the capital.

The Russian attack killed one person and injured 15 others.

We also reported that a Russian missile strike on Kyiv destroyed the plant and warehouses of the Ukrainian company UKRTAC.

Russian forces also struck a passenger train with a drone in the Zaporizhzhia region today. A female train conductor was injured in the attack.
