Russian missile strike destroys Ukrainian defense company's plant and warehouses in Kyiv

A Russian missile strike on Kyiv during the night of July 19 completely destroyed the plant and warehouses of Ukrainian company UKRTAC, the company's founder, Severion Dangadze, announced.
Dangadze called the night "the biggest tragedy in the company's history."
"Following a direct missile strike, the UKRTAC plant and our warehouses were completely destroyed," he wrote.
At the same time, the company's founder stressed that, most importantly, none of the employees were killed in the attack.
He emphasized that while the buildings, equipment, and property were lost, the company's team, experience, and professional expertise could not be destroyed.
"We are not giving up. We will rebuild. We will continue to work. And we will do everything we can to make UKRTAC even stronger," Dangadze said.
UKRTAC is a Ukrainian manufacturer of military gear and personal ballistic protection, including body armor, plate carriers, assault backpacks, and duffel bags.
Massive attack on Kyiv
As previously reported, Russia attacked Ukraine with 41 missiles and 125 attack drones during the night of July 19. Ukrainian air defenses managed to intercept most of the incoming targets, including nearly all ballistic missiles, but some strikes still hit their targets.
Kyiv was the main target of the attack. Damage to a residential building and fires were reported in several districts of the capital.
The Russian attack killed one person and injured 15 others.
