Closed sky regime introduced at Sochi Airport amid drone attack
The "carpet" plan was implemented at Sochi Airport on the evening of December 11. This essentially means a closed sky regime, according to SHOT and Mash on Telegram.
"The 'carpet' plan has been implemented at Sochi Airport, and the air hub is temporarily not accepting or sending flights for security reasons," SHOT reports.
It is also specified that the reason for these measures is a drone attack on Krasnodar Krai.

According to Mash, 18 flights have been delayed for landing and departure at Sochi Airport. Some of the planes were redirected to alternate runways in Mineralnye Vody, Vladikavkaz, and Astrakhan.
Explosions in Crimea
Earlier, the so-called head of temporarily occupied Sevastopol reported that the air defense system is active in Crimea. According to him, a drone attack is allegedly being detected.
Meanwhile, the information circulating online that an explosion occurred near Kamyshovaya or Kozachya Bay, with smoke visible in the area.
Drones continue to be spotted in the sky over Balaklava and the Kerch airfield.
Previously, according to sources from RBC-Ukraine within the intelligence services, Ukrainian scouts struck a fuel depot in Bryansk using drones.
