Bulgaria to teach English to Ukrainian F-16 pilots
Bulgaria will provide assistance in organizing English language courses for future Ukrainian F-16 pilots, according to a statement from the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov.
"Notable results of meeting with my Bulgarian colleague Todor Tagarev. We have signed a Memorandum widening the area of bilateral cooperation, including cyber defence, strategic communications, and receiving military-technical support," the statement reads.
It is noted that the document also lays the foundation for future defense cooperation and military collaboration.

In addition, Bulgaria will provide assistance in organizing English language courses for future Ukrainian F-16 pilots.
"Grateful for the vital support of Minister Tagarev and all the Bulgarian people," Umerov added.
Assistance from Bulgaria
Recently, the Bulgarian Parliament voted behind closed doors to supply non-operational S-300 missiles to Ukraine.
Bulgaria will also provide Ukraine with over 290,000 Bulgarian levs (approximately 150,000 euros) in humanitarian aid due to the difficult situation caused by Russia's full-scale invasion.
In July, Bulgaria delivered a package of military aid to Ukraine, including 100 armored vehicles, primarily BMPs.
