Body of British billionaire Lynch found at site of yacht sinking off Sicily coast
Italian authorities have confirmed that the two bodies recovered from the site of the Bayesian yacht sinking belong to British billionaire Mike Lynch and his teenage daughter Hannah, stated Salvo Cocina, the director-general of Sicily’s civil protection agency in Sicily, according to The Telegraph.
The bodies were found in one of the yacht's cabins between two mattresses.
These are the second and third victims of the shipwreck. The first was the body of the yacht's cook, Recaldo Thomas.
“On behalf of myself and my colleagues, I would like to express my deepest sympathy to the families of the victims and express our condolences to them at this difficult time,” Cocina added.
