Russia hits Ukrainian city of Dnipro with ballistic missile, causing deaths and injuries
As a result of the missile strike on Dnipro on Monday, December 1, three people were killed, and another 15 were injured. Photos of the aftermath of the ballistic attack on the city have also appeared.
According to the latest data, 43 people were known to have been injured in the enemy attack. Some of them are in serious condition.
Coalition of the Willing finishes work on security guarantees for Ukraine, Macron says
Participants of the Coalition of the Willing have completed work on security guarantees for Ukraine. Contacts with the United States are now expected, said French President Emmanuel Macron at a press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
"We have completed work on the security guarantees I mentioned earlier. They are important for the safety of Europeans, the French, and Ukrainians. In the coming days, key discussions will take place between US representatives and the Coalition of the Willing to clarify the US role in these guarantees according to what we agreed last week," the French leader said.

On December 1, US President’s special envoy Steve Witkoff is holding a new meeting with the Secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council (RNBO), Rustem Umerov. They also discussed the results of yesterday’s talks with the President of Ukraine.
"Umerov and Witkoff are holding another meeting right at this moment," informed sources told AFP.
According to them, the US and Ukrainian sides still have "outstanding issues" that need to be discussed.
Zelenskyy says progress made on US peace plan, but territorial issues remain the toughest
As a result of negotiations between Ukrainian officials and the Americans, the peace plan now looks better. The most difficult issue remains territory, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said during a press conference with French President Emmanuel Macron.
"The territorial question is the most difficult. The issues of money and reconstruction are difficult to resolve without the presence of European partners. And security guarantees require specific commitments from the US and Europe. We must be very cautious here, but the plan looks better," the Ukrainian President said.
He added that Ukraine and the United States spent 6.5 hours discussing territorial issues "only on specific points."
Erdoğan condemns attack on Russian shadow fleet tankers in Black Sea
Türkiye considers an attack on Russian shadow fleet tankers unacceptable. It is an escalation of the Russia-Ukraine war, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said.
"The war between Russia and Ukraine has clearly begun to threaten navigational safety in the Black Sea. The targeting of vessels in our Exclusive Economic Zone on Friday signals a worrying escalation," Erdoğan said.
