Partisans of the Ateş movement carried out a sabotage operation on the railway tracks in the area of occupied Simferopol, according to the Athesh movement’s Telegram.
The operation targeted a key logistical artery used by Russian occupation forces in the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia directions.
As a result of the operation, train traffic was halted, directly disrupting the delivery of ammunition, fuel, and equipment to the Russian army.
“The Atesh movement continues to systematically destroy the enemy’s transport infrastructure. Even deep in the rear in Crimea, the Russian army cannot feel safe,” the message states.
Sabotage operations by the Ateş movement
Ukrainian partisans of Atesh actively conduct rear-line operations against the Russian army in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and on Russian soil.
On November 4, RBC-Ukraine reported the disabling of a Russian communication tower in Kursk. According to the movement, the strike on this critical infrastructure immediately paralyzed military communications and the transmission of operational data in the Kursk region, one of Russia’s key border regions.
In September, Atesh agents sabotaged railway tracks in Smolensk, leading to a missile production facility. The plant manufactures Kh-59 missiles for the Russian Ministry of Defense, drones, and other military equipment.
At the beginning of November, Atesh partisans set fire to a Russian military truck to disrupt deliveries to Pokrovsk.
