Annual quantity of Bayraktar drones to be produced in Ukraine revealed

Construction of the Bayraktar drone production plant continues in Ukraine. It is planned to produce over 100 units of drones annually at the facility, according to Baykar CEO Haluk Bayraktar.
"Our factory is being built… we need about 12 months to finish construction and then we will move on to internal machinery, equipment, and organizational structure," states Bayraktar.
According to him, the plant in Ukraine will be large. He expects that about 500 people will work there.
Bayraktar clarifies that they plan to produce approximately 120 drones per year. However, a specific model has not been chosen yet - TB2 or TB3.
At the same time, he emphasizes that plans for the construction of the plant continue despite Russia's war against Ukraine, and "nothing" can stop them.
Bayraktar drone production plant in Ukraine
In July of last year, Minister of Strategic Industries Oleksandr Kamyshin announced that construction of a Bayraktar drone production plant had begun in Ukraine.
Haluk Bayraktar himself mentioned that they planned to launch the plant in 2025.
The planned total investment in the construction of the facility amounts to $95.5 million.
