All targets hit: Ukrainian Air Force succeeded in nighttime drone attack
Russian terrorists launched a drone attack on Ukraine using Shahed drones on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, November 22. The air defense successfully destroyed all targets, reports Lieutenant General Mykola Oleshchuk, the commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in his Telegram channel.
"Combat operations with Shaheds on November 22, 2023! All 14 attack drones were successfully neutralized," reports Mykola Oleshchuk.
Night Attack on Ukraine
From 8:00 PM, Russian terrorists launched an attack on Ukraine from the southeast, deploying 14 strike UAVs and a Kh-22 cruise missile from a Tu22M3 aircraft.
Thanks to the coordinated efforts of the Air Force, Ground Forces, and National Guard, all 14 enemy Shahed-131/136 drones were successfully neutralized. Additionally, the cruise missile failed to reach its target, landing in an open area in the Zaporizhzhia region.
Throughout the enemy's assault, the sounds of the air defense operations were reported in various regions, including Kyiv and Sumy.
