The number of people injured in the Russian combined overnight missile and drone attack on Kyiv on July 10 has risen to 28, informs Tymur Tkachenko, head of Kyiv City Military Administration.

"As of 8:00 AM Kyiv time, the number of people injured in Russia's July 10 attack has increased to 28, including two children," Tkachenko said.

Details of the Russian attack on July 10

In the early hours of July 10, Russia launched a massive airstrike on Ukraine, using a total of 415 aerial weapons. The attack included 397 Shahed drones and decoy drones, eight Iskander-M ballistic missiles, six Kh-101 cruise missiles, and four S-300 missiles.

The main target was Kyiv. The Ukrainian Air Force shot down 178 targets. Another 204 drones and missiles were downed or neutralized using electronic warfare systems.

According to State Emergency Service Spokeswoman Svitlana Vodolaha, rescue teams responded at 16 locations across Kyiv after the strike.
