10 injured, several missing in Zaporizhzhia after Russian attack
The number of people injured in Zaporizhzhia due to the Russian shelling on January 18 has risen to 10. There are also missing persons, according to the Telegram channel of the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, and the National Police of Ukraine.
"The number of injured has increased to 10. Two victims received on-site medical assistance after the missile strike," Fedorov said.
According to the Regional Military Administration, eight people have been hospitalized, ranging from 28 to 69 years old. A 48-year-old woman is in serious condition.
Missing persons in Zaporizhzhia
According to the National Police, fires broke out at an industrial site, and residential buildings and vehicles were damaged.
"Two people are considered missing," the authorities confirmed.
Zaporizhzhia shelling
On January 18, at 6:00 AM, the occupiers launched two missile strikes on a district in Zaporizhzhia.
As a result of the attack, part of the administrative building of an industrial facility was partially destroyed. Additionally, residential buildings and private vehicles were damaged.
Initially, two people were reported injured due to the Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia. Later, the number of injured began to rise, first to six and then to eight.
