Unknown drones attack Voronezh and Sochi, fires reported near oil refinery

Several Russian cities were hit by drone attacks overnight on August 3, and fires were reported.
According to Russian channels, several Russian cities came under attack by unidentified drones overnight on August 3, leading to reported fires.
Starting at approximately 00:20 AM local time, reports began appearing on social media that drones had attacked the city of Voronezh. Initially, there were mentions of two explosions, but later it was reported that over ten had occurred.
At the same time, footage showing a fire began circulating online. Shortly afterward, the Ostorozhno Novosti channel reported alleged damage to a residential building, a fire, and a woman who had been rescued.
At approximately 02:26 AM local time, the pro-Ukrainian channel Exilenova+ reported a fire near an oil refinery in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod region of Russia. This facility is one of the largest in the area. However, it's currently difficult to verify the authenticity of the photos shared.
Before that, an alert was issued in the region due to the threat of a drone attack.
Another city where explosions were reported was Sochi in the Krasnodar region. Residents of Lazarevskoye, Dagomys, and Sergei-Pol also reported hearing blasts.
Before that, Sochi Airport implemented the Kylym plan, and according to Mash, 20 arrival and departure flights were delayed.
In addition, footage has begun to surface showing the aftermath of explosions in Adler (a district of Sochi). Reports claim that unknown drones targeted an oil depot, causing a fire to break out.
Drone attack on Russia
On the night of August 2, Russia was also subjected to an attack by unidentified drones. Incidents were reported in Lipetsk, Ryazan, Penza, Samara region, and other areas, with fires breaking out as a result.
In the morning, the head of the Ukrainian Center for Countering Disinformation, Andrii Kovalenko, stated that two key defense enterprises in the Russian city of Penza had been targeted. These included the Radiozavod and Elektropribor plants.
Later the same day, Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) confirmed that its drones had targeted the Primorsko-Akhtars airfield in Russia overnight. This site is reportedly used by Russian forces to launch Shahed drones at Ukraine.
