Over 10 injured in Kyiv after Russian strike, including children

The number of people injured in the Russian drone attack on Kyiv on the night of October 26 has increased. Among the wounded are children, according to the Kyiv City Military Administration.
"The number of people injured in the night attack has risen to 14. Everyone is receiving medical assistance, and some have been hospitalized," the press service reported.
Earlier, authorities said there were 12 injured, including four children. At least one child has been hospitalized.
Consequences
The Russian drone attack began around 2:30 AM Kyiv time, and local authorities have already reported the first consequences.
In particular, the Desnianskyi district was hit. There was information about a fire in a residential building in this part of Kyiv; emergency services are currently working at the scene.
In the same district, drone debris fell on the roof of a high-rise building. It was also reported that the 2nd and 3rd floors of a nine-story residential building were damaged, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko wrote about a direct hit.
According to local authorities, the Obolonskyi district was also affected, where drone fragments damaged the roof of another residential building.
Kyiv attack on October 25
On the night of October 25, Russia carried out a series of ballistic missile strikes on the capital. The Dniprovskyi, Desnianskyi, and Darnytskyi districts were affected.
