What is needed for zucchini pasta with chicken

To prepare this unusual and nutritious pasta, you'll need the following ingredients:

Zucchini - 300 g

Chicken fillet - 200 g

Sour cream (15% fat) - 100 g

Cherry tomatoes - 150 g

Cheese - 40-50 g

Salt - to taste

Pepper - to taste

Paprika - to taste

Dried garlic - to taste

Oil - 1 tsp

How to cook pasta with zucchini and chicken

  1. Rinse the chicken fillet, drain excess liquid, and cut the meat into small pieces. Season the sliced fillet with salt and pepper to taste. Heat a pan with oil and fry the meat for 3 minutes on each side.

  2. Wash the zucchini and cut it into thin strips, resembling spaghetti or thin noodles. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into halves or quarters. Then add the vegetables to the chicken, mix the pasta, and simmer for 5 minutes, covering with a lid.

  3. Pour sour cream into the pasta, add paprika and dried garlic. Thoroughly mix the mixture and fry for another 5 minutes. Grate the cheese finely and sprinkle it over the pasta before serving.
