Russia will not stop at Ukraine. It continues a large-scale expansion of its military infrastructure, which it could direct against Europe, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said at the Berlin Security Conference.
Zelenskyy warns Europe
The Ukrainian president urged Europeans to take a closer look at the scale of Russia's military construction.
"Look at the military infrastructure Russia has been building in recent years. Is all of that just for Ukraine?" he asked.
According to Zelenskyy, this is too much for a single country – for Ukraine.
"It's aimed at you," the Ukrainian president said.
Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported that Russia was ready for war with Europe but supposedly did not want a conflict, according to Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
In addition, British Defense Secretary John Healey said that the UK must prepare for a possible war with Russia by 2030.
It was also reported that German Chancellor Friedrich Merz had warned EU countries against becoming complacent. He said that Putin seeks not only Ukraine's defeat but also the undermining of democracy in Europe.
