Ukraine's victory plan could lead to productive meetings with Russia, serving as the first sign that international partners have accepted the plan, states Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

"The victory plan, this bridge to strengthening Ukraine, could contribute to more productive future diplomatic meetings with Russia. If this doesn’t happen, we will continue as we are now, fighting. But we know for certain that, in that case, the world will undoubtedly be divided," Zelenskyy said.

In the president's view, this would result in two camps.

"One will support Ukraine, while the other will pretend to, pushing for Russia and Ukraine to come to the negotiating table. But in reality, they’ll work to drive compromises in one direction or another," the president noted.

Furthermore, Zelenskyy believes there is a global risk of weakening the West while strengthening adversaries of Western politics, the EU, and the US.

"The main danger lies in the polarization of the world. This, in essence, is Russia’s strategy. Our partners often say: 'We will stand with Ukraine until its victory.' Now we are clearly showing how Ukraine can win and what is needed to achieve that. Very specific steps. Let's do everything now, while all the officials who support Ukraine's victory are still in office," the president urged his partners.

Zelenskyy's victory plan

Ukraine has developed a victory plan in the war, detailing concrete steps that will help Kyiv force Moscow into negotiations on its own terms. Recently, President Zelenskyy announced that the plan is ready and just needs to be implemented.

During this same meeting, the president outlined the steps included in Ukraine's victory plan. Zelenskyy believes that Russia should also see this plan, as it will be made public for everyone.
