Zelenskyy urges partners to speed up aid: Front fights with shells, not promises
There are military aid packages that have been announced by partners but have not yet been delivered to Ukraine. And for the Armed Forces, timely delivery of weapons and equipment is key in the fight against Russian aggression, stated President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
"Timely delivery is crucial right now. There are aid packages that have been announced, approved, but not yet delivered to Ukraine. The front fights with shells and equipment, not with words like 'tomorrow' or 'soon,'" Zelenskyy said.
The President emphasized that Ukraine is doing everything necessary to expedite the delivery of military aid to the frontlines.
Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the delay of partners in allowing Ukraine to use long-range weapons is a pillar of Russia's offensive potential.
In addition, as reported by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), the assistance of Western partners can help the Ukrainian Armed Forces surpass the artillery advantage over Russia, seize the initiative on the battlefield and change the trajectory of the war.
