Ukraine is ready for constructive negotiations, but the United States has not yet prepared a plan to end the full-scale war, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says during a conversation with journalists at the Munich Security Conference.

Zelenskyy: Ukraine ready for discussions, but US has no plan yet

“I don't see that the United States has a ready-made plan. I am ready to talk at any time. We are ready to talk about everything. From the contingent to security guarantees. We are ready for any design to stop Putin,” the President said.

Trump's position on Russia's war against Ukraine

Yesterday, February 13, President Donald Trump announced a meeting between representatives of Ukraine, Russia, and the United States at the Munich Security Conference. However, according to the chairman of the conference, Heusgen, Russian representatives were not granted accreditation and will not attend the event.

US Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg, in turn, said that Zelenskyy and Putin should hold talks and that the Kremlin's statements about the Ukrainian President's alleged illegitimacy would not work.

Meanwhile, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio named possible stages of a peace agreement on Ukraine.

Representatives of the United States, Ukraine, and Russia are also expected to meet in Saudi Arabia next week.
