Zelenskyy says victory plan must work by December
Ukraine's victory plan, which will be presented to US President Joe Biden, includes quick decisions from October to December. The process does not need to be delayed, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
“Regarding the victory plan. I would like to be a consistent person. And I will discuss all the details with the US President first. Because for the most part, decisions on the plan depend on him,” he says.
It also depends on other allies, but some points depend on the positive will and support of the United States. Zelenskyy expresses hope that Biden would support the plan.
“The whole plan is designed for quick decisions of our partners. The plan is designed for decisions that should take place from October to December and not delay these processes. We would like that to happen. Then we believe that the plan will work,” the President says.
