Russia produces about five hundred attack drones per day. The enemy is also actively producing ballistic missiles, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy made these remarks at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Zelenskyy pointed out that Ukraine has developed excellent ideas for interceptor drones and is already deploying them. The country manages to produce about 1,000 of these drones per day.

"But it’s not enough. It’s still not enough. Russia has about 500 Iranian drones each day and dozens of missiles, ballistic missiles," the president said.

Countering the Shaheds

Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that since last year, Russia has aimed to launch 1,000 attack drones at Ukraine daily, but so far it has not reached that level.

At the same time, according to him, if the enemy does manage to reach that level, Ukraine must have "at least two interceptors for every Shahed."

The Ukrainian leader noted that Ukraine produces about 1,000 interceptor drones per day, but this is not enough to defend against all threats.

Recently, after another massive Russian attack, the president said that the Air Force’s work against the Shaheds has been unsatisfactory. He mentioned that there had been a hit on an energy facility in the Kyiv region.

Russian strikes on Ukraine have become more frequent amid the sharp drop in temperatures. The occupiers target energy facilities, leaving large numbers of Ukrainians without electricity and heating. Some residents of the capital are also without a water supply.
