Zelenskyy: Putin wants all of Ukraine, he will stop only when he runs out of fuel

So-called territory swaps with Russia will not stop the war in Ukraine. The Russian war machine will only stop when it runs out of fuel, according to a statement from President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Putin’s goal is the occupation of all of Ukraine
The President emphasized that Putin’s goal is the occupation of the entire country.
"Some may think that territory exchanges, or attempts to tempt Putin with the restoration of trade with America or the world, could somehow stop this war. That is not the case. The Russian war machine will only stop when it runs out of fuel," the President said.
He stressed that only strong responses can force Russia to change its objectives.
How to make Russia stop the attacks
"You cannot achieve this through pleas or dialogue alone. Strong pressure is needed so that, instead of occupying Ukraine, Putin’s goal becomes preserving his economy," Zelenskyy added.
He noted that Russia always tries to take advantage of security gaps, and these gaps need to be filled through effective cooperation between Americans and Europeans.
"It is for this purpose that we are creating a new security guarantee system based on our strong army," the President said.
Russian drones over Poland
On September 10, about two dozen Russian strike drones violated Polish airspace. According to Prime Minister Donald Tusk, the air defense forces were able to shoot down only four of them.
Tusk noted that a significant number of the drones came from Belarusian territory.
According to the latest data, at least 21 drones entered Polish airspace during the Russian attack, and not all have been detected yet.
In response to the Russian attack, NATO invoked Article 4. This allows member states to discuss the situation with allies in the North Atlantic Council.
