The peace plan should be developed with Ukraine's participation. This applies to any relevant initiatives from the United States, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy states at the Munich Security Conference.

The head of state emphasized that Ukraine, together with its allies, must prepare security guarantees to stop Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and his war.

"It can't be without us. If we don't have for today a common plan, it means, for me, that the US doesn't have. If they have something, it's not about us, it's about something new. But we don't want this new reality," Zelenskyy clarified.

US peace plan

It is worth recalling that American officials have repeatedly spoken about their own peace plan to end Russia's war against Ukraine.

In particular, US Special Representative for Russia and Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, stated that the peace plan will be presented by President Donald Trump.

However, according to The Telegraph, the development of the American peace plan has been paused as the US wants to hear the views of European countries regarding the end of the war.

A few days ago, Trump promised that Ukraine would be involved in negotiations to end the war.
