Today, on July 31, the Russians attacked Kryvyi Rih using ballistic missiles Iskander. The launch was carried out from the temporarily occupied city of Dzhankoy, according to the evening statement of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

The head of the state revealed that the occupiers fired two Iskander missiles in total toward Kryvyi Rih.

"According to preliminary data of our military, these two missiles were fired at Kryvyi Rih from the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea, from the area of Dzhankoy," emphasized Zelenskyy.

He further stressed that these facts once again prove that our military needs a sufficient amount of long-range weapons and means to strike back at terrorists in order to protect the normal life of Ukrainians.

Zelensky also stated that the sanction pressure on Russia "deserves a significant increase."

Strike on Kryvyi Rih

Today the Russian occupiers attacked Kryvyi Rih. One of the missiles hit a residential high-rise building, resulting in the destruction of five floors.

The rescue operation has already been completed. It is known that as a result of the strike, six people were killed, and dozens more were injured.
