He also discussed with Defense Minister Yevhenii Khmara and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Drapatyi the steps that could speed up the results.
"The financial foundation for this work has been secured," Zelenskyy promised.
Situation at the front
The president also heard reports on the situation at the front.
"We are defending our positions and actively conducting defensive operations. I am especially grateful to our soldiers in Donetsk region: the 3rd Army Corps, the 66th and 125th Mechanized Brigades, and the 46th Separate Airmobile Brigade. Glory to Ukraine!" he concluded.
Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported that the first stage of testing of the Freyja anti-ballistic system, which Ukraine is developing jointly with its European allies, will begin soon. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this.
