President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy will visit Paris tomorrow, December 7. He may meet with US President-elect Donald Trump there, Reuters reports.

Two unnamed diplomatic sources told the agency that attempts are being made to organize a meeting between Zelenskyy and Trump.

According to them, the plans are unlikely to be finalized “until the last minute,” and any talks between the Ukrainian President and the US president-elect will be discreet.

One of the Reuters sources also clarified that a trilateral meeting between Zelenskyy, Trump, and French President Emmanuel Macron was also possible.

Zelenskyy's visit to Paris

Today, December 6, Le Monde wrote that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy would participate in the opening ceremony of the restored Notre Dame Cathedral. The event will take place tomorrow, December 7.

At the same time, French President Emmanuel Macron confirmed that he would hold talks with Volodymyr Zelenskyy tomorrow. The French leader is also scheduled to meet with US President-elect Donald Trump.

Zelenskyy and Trump last met in September. Then the Ukrainian President presented his victory plan to the American politician.

The last phone conversation between Zelenskyy and Trump took place after the Republican won a landslide victory in the presidential election.
