Zelenskyy speaks with Trump: Details

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone conversation with Donald Trump. The Ukrainian leader described their discussion as excellent and noted that they had reached certain agreements, according to a post by the president on X.
“I had an excellent call with President Trump and congratulated him on his historic landslide victory - his tremendous campaign made this result possible. I praised his family and team for their great work,” President Zelenskyy stated.
Zelenskyy added that he and Trump agreed to maintain a close dialogue and further develop our cooperation between the two countries.
“Strong and unwavering US leadership is vital for the world and for a just peace,” the Ukrainian leader added.
