Furthermore, the Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko stated that search operations at the site had been completed. More than 400 rescuers and over 200 units of equipment were involved in dealing with the aftermath of the attack. According to Klymenko, 500 residents have submitted applications to document the loss of their homes.

The Ukrainian President emphasized that this strike is a reminder to the world that Russia rejects any ceasefire and chooses to kill.

"I am grateful to all our partners who understand that Ukraine must grow stronger every single day. I thank everyone who is ready to exert pressure on Moscow in a way that makes them feel the true cost of this war," Zelenskyy added.

The day before, the Ukrainian leader was on a visit to Canada, where he took part in the G7 summit.
