Zelenskyy holding tête-à-tête with Starmer after meeting with Macron

Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer at the Vatican after holding talks with French President Emmanuel Macron.
"Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy continues his active work with allies, meeting tête-à-tête with Prime Minister Keir Starmer at the Vatican," Sybiha said.
It is worth noting that before this, the President met with the French leader. There were also reports of planned talks with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
Zelenskyy at the Vatican
As a reminder, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived at the Vatican for the funeral of Pope Francis, where many other world leaders were also present.
During this visit, the Ukrainian leader had already held meetings with French President Emmanuel Macron and US President Donald Trump. After meeting with the US President, Zelenskyy described it as "very symbolic."
"Good meeting. We discussed a lot one-on-one. Hoping for results on everything we covered. Protecting the lives of our people. Full and unconditional ceasefire. Reliable and lasting peace that will prevent another war from breaking out," the Ukrainian leader said.
