Zelenskyy gives details of Commander-in-Chief's visit to front
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy provided details about the visit of the Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi to the front.
He noted that Syrskyi had a long report on the frontline situation. The Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces personally toured some of the brigades. The key issue of the visit was the supply of the Ukrainian military.
“What exactly is lacking - in each direction, in all our main positions. The distribution of shells and a sufficient number of drones, first of all,” Zelenskyy said.
The President of Ukraine emphasized that it is very important that in all major areas, it is felt that “we have something to inflict maximum losses on the enemy.”
As of 16:00 on July 21, 58 combat engagements took place in the frontline since the beginning of the day. The enemy is most active in the Kharkiv, Kupiansk, and Pokrovsk sectors.
Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported that over the day from July 20 to July 21, the Russian troops lost 1100 soldiers in the war in Ukraine. The Ukrainian Defense Forces also destroyed an enemy air defense system and 44 artillery systems.
