Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with teams from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Office of the President. The main topics, according to the head of state, were the establishment of a Special Tribunal for Russia and new assignments for Ukrainian ambassadors.

"A meeting with Ukrainian diplomats — teams from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Presidential Office. The first priority is accelerating the launch of the Special Tribunal for the crime of Russian aggression against Ukraine, and coordinated efforts with countries that respect international law," Zelenskyy stated.

The second topic, according to the President, was the preparation for a meeting with Ukrainian ambassadors scheduled for next week, as well as updating and modernizing the responsibilities of Ukraine's representatives abroad.

"Third — our actions on key international platforms, particularly regarding draft resolutions at the UN General Assembly. We are preparing tangible political and legal strikes against the aggressor state and its positions. The coming months will be a period of especially active diplomatic work. I thank everyone around the world who is helping," Zelenskyy said.

Meeting with Ukrainian ambassadors

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy recently announced plans to hold a meeting with ambassadors in the coming weeks. He expects concrete results from each diplomatic region, particularly on sanctions against Russia and support for Ukraine.

"I expect concrete results from every region — first and foremost regarding sanctions against Russia, support for Ukraine's defense, and drawing our partners' attention to Ukraine's reconstruction projects," the president emphasized.

Zelenskyy later confirmed that the meeting with Ukrainian ambassadors will take place on July 21.
