Zelenskyy discusses drone production with Croatian PM
The president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with the Prime Minister of Croatia Andrej Plenković. One of the topics of discussion was Ukraine's cooperation with Croatian drone manufacturers, according to the press service of the President's Office.
It is reported that the meeting took place on the sidelines of the Ukraine - South-Eastern Europe summit.
Zelenskyy and Plenković discussed the possibility of holding a Ukrainian-Balkan Forum of Defense Industries.
The parties agreed to facilitate the conclusion of agreements between Ukraine and Croatian private companies - producing demining, rescue equipment, and UAVs.
Zelenskyy thanked Croatia and Plenković personally for supporting Ukraine after the start of Russia's full-scale invasion and for backing Ukraine's integration into the EU and NATO.
"I thank Croatia for supporting our refugees during the war, my best wishes to your entire society. Another important issue is helping Ukraine in demining. I want to thank you for the approval for the rehabilitation of our military and Ukrainian children," says Zelenskyy.
